Payment and delivery terms

At present Axess only accept orders with payment in advance. Deliveries will be sent after payment has been made (and confirmed by us).
Ordered products are sent by Posten, the postal service of Sweden, once a week. If an ordered item should be out of stock, a message will be sent by email.
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products within 14 days after reception. Return of an undamaged or unused product is sent to the address below, with a letter telling us the customer’s name, bank account information and the reason for returning the item. The customer pays the postage charges for the return.
For defective or faulty product returns, send an email to butiken@axess.se for further instructions.
Unless otherwise specified, prices on the web site are inclusive of VAT.
