Pascal Rousseau is Professor of Contemporary Art History at the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He organized the exhibitions Fabrice Hyber: Pasteur’Spirit at the Institute Pasteur in Paris (2010), Sous influence: Résurgences de l’hypnose dans l’art contemporain at the Musée cantonal des Beaux-Art de Lausanne (2006), and Aux origins de l’abstraction: 1800-1914 at the Musée d’Orsay, Paris (2003).
