Temat för årets Engelsbergsseminarium är ledarskap och statskonst. Kinas framväxt, Rysslands attack mot Ukraina och utvecklingsländernas växande politiska och ekonomiska närvaron utgör all nya och komplexa utmaningar för väst. Det skapas ett växande behov av skickliga politiska ledare, men hur skapar vi en kultur som genererar sådana?
