Boris Johnson förkunnar sitt efterkrisprogram på fri vers av staten-och-kapitalet-modell. Grandiosa investeringsprogram har havererat förut, men det finns onekligen behov, och man kan inte klaga på vare sig schwung eller ambitionsnivå. This is the act to follow under kommande år.

but under this government we also applaud those who make our NHS possible

our capitalists and financiers
